HERSCHER, ILLINOIS
The team for this project consisted of the Hillside Development Group, FBI Buildings, 4-D Construction, and 323 Design Team. After some initial conversations with the general contractor at Hillside Development Group, we began brainstorming and planning with the staff at Stoller International. We brought our laptop to their office so we could utilize our 3-D design technology – this technology makes everyone’s job easier, as we can instantly visualize what the final design would look like and adjust until everyone is happy. Several planning sessions later, we were ready to start swinging our hammers.
4-D Construction did the drywall and finishing, painting, ceiling grid, and ceiling tile. Our design team then fabricated a steel staircase at our shop for the showroom. We implemented a lot of white oak – using it to wrap the tresses, installing a big white oak barn door, and using white oak as a backdrop for the signage wall as well. Our custom cabinetry team built and installed laminate custom countertops and cabinets for the service counter, the conference rooms, and the offices.
Stoller International Dealership was a wonderful client to work with, and they gave us some great feedback at the completion of the project: “We hired 4-D and 323 Design Team to complete the showroom and offices of our dealership in Herscher.
